Felicity Jones was born in Britain and is best known as the actress who played Jane Hawking on the critically-acclaimed film The Theory of Everything. In films such as The Invisible Woman or The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she became popular for her performances. But it was her performance on The Theory of Everything' that won the actress the Oscar nomination for the very first time. Jones' portrayal as Stephen Hawking's wife in the biopic, which is based on his life, was praised from both critics and audiences. Inferno was the next film she appeared in that starred Tom Hanks. Jones was named British Artist of Year 2016 by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles for her extraordinary talent and work to film.
